2. All product orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to deliver products within the promised timeframe, delivery may take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
4. TongiMart & Sagupta reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unavoidable reasons, even after order confirmation.
5. If an advance payment has been made, customers must provide the necessary refund details (bKash number, Rocket number, card details, etc.).
6. If the product has already been handed over to the courier and is not received by the customer, the refund will be processed after the product is returned to TongiMart & Sagupta from the courier service.
7. Refunds via bKash/Rocket will be completed within a maximum of 7 days after product return.
8. Refunds made through online card payments will be processed within 10 business days.
