Customers are eligible for product replacement subject to the following conditions:

1. Replacement is applicable only in case of product-related issues, such as:
2. Product broken or damaged
3. Torn or defective item
4. Wrong size or wrong product delivered
5. Product not working
6. Product does not match the displayed picture
7. The product must be returned in complete and intact condition, including the original box, packaging, accessories, and all included items.
8. Within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery, the customer must notify us by email at support@tongimart.com, clearly mentioning the issue and providing necessary photos or proof if required.
9. The product must be returned to the TongiMart/Sagupta office within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of approval.
10. Courier charges for returning the product are completely free (0 Taka).
11. TongiMart will bear the full return courier cost for approved replacement cases.

TongiMart reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the above conditions are not met.
